About General Dynamics

General Dynamics is an American aerospace and defense corporation. As of 2019, it was the fifth-largest defense contractor in the United States and the sixth-largest in the world. General Dynamics’ history begins in 1899 with the Holland Torpedo Boat Company. The company was the primary supplier of U.S. Navy submarines and built a reputation for themselves while winning many military contracts.
